Numerous ongoing analyses of HERO Scorecard data identify specific practices that are associated with outcomes, and a new study compared organizations implementing specific practices on the HERO Scorecard against organizations that do not implement them to assess differences in self-reported outcomes. Practitioners can use free tools like the HERO Scorecard to identify specific practices linked to better outcomes.
