Research published during 2017 has revealed previously unappreciated – and significant – differences in employee healthcare utilization based on wage level. This session will provide insight into how employee socioeconomic status – using wage level as an indicator – impacts healthcare utilization and outcomes and, ultimately, workforce performance.
