Ashley Ingle is the vice president of human resources for Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. She works with her team to develop and deliver an award-winning wellness program. Her 17 years of experience with RBFCU provides her with a unique perspective and understanding of the organization from top to bottom. Ashley holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Texas State University and a master's degree in human resource management from Wayland Baptist University.
