Ashley Weigl, MPH, is associate director of risk reduction services for MHealthy, the University of Michigan’s health and well-being program for faculty and staff. In her MHealthy role, Ashley oversees population-based programming aimed at optimizing health for all, no matter where one is on the health journey. She is passionate about creating thriving work environments, health equity, and working to improve the health of the most vulnerable populations. Ashley earned her master’s degrees in public health and social work from the University of Michigan, and has over 12 years of professional experience in community and workplace-based health and well-being initiatives.
