Deborah Ruggiero

Deborah Ruggiero, MS, RN, is the associate director of clinical account management at MVP Health Care in upstate New York, where she and her team assist employer groups to manage the development, execution and evaluation of sustainable workplace wellness programs. Prior to working in healthcare, Deborah spent a decade working in human resources in both for-profit and non-profit settings. She is a registered professional nurse and a certified wellness program manager (CWPM). She holds undergraduate degrees in economics and nursing and received a master of science in health promotion management from Nebraska Methodist College. Deborah volunteers for the New York State Mentoring Program which supports at-risk youth to prevent school dropout.
