Kevin Newton

Kevin Newton is the director of employee benefits at CHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives across the U.S., where he is responsible for the design and administration of the benefits program covering its 12,000 employees. During his tenure, he has established a highly regarded wellness program that engages employees and their families in their journey to improved physical, financial, social, and emotional wellness. Kevin received his BA in business administration from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois and his CEBS from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Before joining CHS Inc., in 2004, Mr. Newton worked in employee benefits for CP Rail Systems, US Bancorp, and Nash Finch. He currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and their English springer spaniels and their cat, who thinks it’s a dog.
