Liz Reilley is the director of benefits for Pinnacle Foods Inc., with responsibility for directing and planning the strategy and operations of Pinnacle's benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness and consistency with the company's overall strategic plans and objectives. In her role, Liz oversees the US and Canadian health and wellfare and retirement plans, including oversight for leave administration and the wellness programs. Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2014, Liz worked in health and welfare consulting at Conner Strong & Buckelew and Hewitt (Aon), and in corporate benefits at Wyeth (Pfizer). She graduated from Boston College with a bachelor of science in human resources and psychology.
