Mary M. Cain, MPH, is the senior director of clinical strategy & behavior change at Castlight Health. She has worked in strategic planning and forecasting for health and wellness services organizations developing and delivering health and wellness products, programs and services. She’s developed and managed products and services across the health continuum including prevention, lifestyle management and disease management services. She conceived, designed and implemented an award-winning health behavior change coaching program and is passionate about creating opportunities to increase individual activation and for activated patients to engage in self-care
