Rebecca Robbins, PhD, MS, is an internationally recognized sleep expert and researcher, and currently a postdoctoral research fellow at NYU School of Medicine. She explores methodologies to help individuals, communities, and cultures develop healthier sleep habits. Rebecca has held teaching positions at Cornell University and the Weill Cornell Medical College in Doha, Qatar. Her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, and she is the co-author of the book, Sleep for Success!, and the curriculum, The REST of Your Life. Rebecca has been interviewed for CBS This Morning, FOX Business News, and ABC Nightly News, and featured in Martha Stewart Living, the Financial Times, and The New York Times. She received her PhD and MS in health communication, behavior change, and health marketing from Cornell University.
